Job Title: Key Account Manager Location: Gurgaon Position Overview: As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor for our clients, ensuring their success, adoption, and long-term growth with our solutions. This is a high-impact B2B role that involves close engagement with diverse industry stakeholders, enabling you to build deep domain expertise and gain exposure across business functions. You will work at the intersection of client engagement, solution delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, driving seamless integrations, resolving business challenges, and ensuring our clients realize maximum value. Key Responsibilities: Client Success & Engagement: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing issues proactively and delivering solutions within agreed timelines. Conduct and coordinate portal demos, product walkthroughs, and training sessions to drive adoption and reinforce value Client Integration & Onboarding Lead and manage client-insurer integrations. Coordinate with technical teams of all stakeholders to ensure smooth change request (CR) resolutions. Insights & Analysis Deliver actionable reports and insights to clients, helping them optimize outcomes. Track performance metrics, feedback scores, and adoption trends to identify opportunities for growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on client requirements and ensure delivery excellence. Represent the client’s voice internally, influencing product improvements and service enhancements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). 0-3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or B2B relationship management (SaaS/FinTech/InsurTech preferred). Proven ability to handle enterprise or mid-size accounts with measurable results in adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Skills & Competencies: Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with senior executives. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
