Job Description

As an Account Manager at Get My Parking (GMP), you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's expansion in North America. GMP is a pioneer in Interoperable Smart Parking solutions, connecting all parking and mobility stakeholders on a unified platform, thus breaking down silos in the industry. With a successful track record in the European market, GMP is now venturing into the US and other global markets, offering you the opportunity to be part of a high-growth team with a worldwide presence. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain solid relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided by GMP. This includes identifying new business opportunities, attending meetings, conventions, and training workshops, and developing relationships with potential clients. Your analytical skills will be put to good use in assessing data and sales statistics to improve business and marketing strategies. A successful Account Manager should be able to handle multiple key accounts efficiently without compromising on service quality. Collaboration with the Sales, Product, and Project teams will be essential in shaping the company's growth trajectory. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters, liaising between clients and internal teams to build and maintain long-lasting relationships. By negotiating contracts, closing agreements, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing profits and client satisfaction. Your role will also involve forecasting and tracking key account metrics, compiling progress reports, and identifying areas for improvement to meet sales quotas. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office (especially MS Excel), and presentation skills are essential for this position. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are key attributes of a successful candidate.
