Key Account Manager

You will be joining NoBrokerHood as a Key Account Manager(Field) in Bengaluru, a subsidiary of NoBroker aimed at enhancing security and convenience in gated societies. Your role will involve managing key client accounts, developing business plans, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts. You will be responsible for executing business plans, analyzing data insights, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive account management. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and sustaining long-term relationships with on-boarded apartment owners in your assigned geographical region. You will engage in post-sales support, manage escalations, and focus on farming and up-selling to clients for better plans and benefits. It will be your duty to educate clients on new plans/offers, retain accounts through successful renewals, and grow revenue through referrals. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus), and the ability to work on weekends with a week off between Mon-Thursday. You should possess effective presentation and negotiation skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and have a graduation degree in any field. A 2-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license is mandatory, and 1-3 years of relevant experience is desirable. You should be willing to travel on the field to meet client requirements.
