Foxtale is a fast-growing beauty and skincare brand, committed to creating innovative products and delivering exceptional customer experiences across e-commerce platforms. We’re looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to scale our presence and drive sales across marketplaces.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow Foxtale’s presence across top marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and more.
• Own P&L for marketplace accounts, ensuring revenue, profitability, and growth targets are met.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to increase visibility and sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, resolving operational and strategic challenges.
• Analyze sales data, marketplace trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and brand teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, advertising, and promotional tools.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, strategic, and results-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
• Comfortable working from Andheri East, MIDC, Mumbai (Mon–Fri).
