Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) at iThink Logistics, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the needs of our clients are met with the highest level of service. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably from the E-commerce or Logistics Industry. Proficiency in English and the local language is essential, along with expertise in MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM software would be a plus. A self-motivated and results-driven approach will be key to your success. Your duties as a KAM will include: 1) Client Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs promptly. - Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction. 2) Account Development: - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. - Develop and execute account strategies to exceed client expectations. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client-specific requirements. 3) Performance Monitoring: - Monitor account performance metrics to ensure service levels are consistently met. - Analyze data and client feedback to identify trends for improvement. - Prepare and present reports on account performance to clients and senior management. 4) Problem Resolution: - Address and resolve any issues or conflicts with key accounts effectively. - Work closely with operational teams to ensure client concerns are resolved satisfactorily. 5) Market Insights: - Stay informed about industry trends and market developments. - Share knowledge with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
