Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at Ample, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships in the IT Hardware Sales segment within the Corporate space. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for covering potential business hubs, mapping accounts, and developing business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include sales and business development against given targets, market evaluation for competition scenarios and new opportunities, identification and closure of opportunities, in-depth coverage and account management in existing/new accounts, and managing CXO and corporate relationships. Additionally, you will ensure consistent CRM updates, maintenance, timely reporting of relevant sales data, and provide feedback on competition activity within defined accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop business opportunities by covering potential business hubs and mapping accounts - Achieve sales and business development targets for Key Accounts - Evaluate the market for competition scenarios and new business opportunities - Identify and close sales opportunities - Manage accounts in-depth for new line of businesses - Handle account and relationship management, including managing CXO and corporate relationships - Ensure consistent CRM updates and timely reporting of relevant sales data - Provide timely feedback on competition activity in defined accounts **Qualification Required:** - 5 to 13 years of direct Corporate/B2B client-facing experience in the IT/Technology space - Good understanding and knowledge of Enterprise/B2B business - Experience in hunting and farming sales and business development - Knowledge of the latest products and technologies in the enterprise market space - Ability to envision solutions around customer pain areas - Familiarity with Quarterly/Annuity business nuances - Proven track record of achieving sales targets - Capability to work in a team and build cross-functional synergies - Demonstrated networking skills with clients across industries - Excellent communication and presentation skills - 5-6 years of experience in hunting and selling IT Managed Services offerings - Experience in selling to Corporates and Enterprises - Demonstrated ability to manage CXO/CIO engagements At Ample, you will be part of a 28-year-old organization that values its team members and offers a humane work environment with a strong focus on people's well-being.
