Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles
  • Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding
  • Ability to travel to meet clients as needed
  • Additional certifications or training in sales, account management, or customer relationship management is a plus

1. The primary duty of a key account manager is to build strong client relationships and seek sales from them to maximize the companys profits by strategically up-selling the products and services in Gulf countries

2. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

3. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities in Gulf countries.

4. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales backend, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.

6. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities in Gulf countries

8. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.

9. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.

10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

11. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.

12. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

13. Anticipating the clients actual needs and working accordingly with the production team to get the work done within the stipulated time.

14. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives

15. Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery

16.Research and source new potential clients

17.Measure, track and analyze key account metrics

18. Developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients.

19. Identifying high-value clients and developing strategies to build relationships with them.
