Job Description

As a Shift Incharge at Express HR Solutions, your role will involve managing end-to-end warehouse operations during the shift. You will be responsible for supervising loading, unloading, putaway, picking, and dispatch activities. Your key responsibilities will also include ensuring accuracy, productivity, and timely completion of tasks, planning manpower allocation, and managing shift scheduling. Additionally, you will maintain compliance and workplace safety standards, share daily shift performance reports with management, and lead overall warehouse operations and performance. You will oversee inventory control, storage, dispatch, and returns, as well as build and maintain client relationships in a Key Account Manager (KAM) role. Your role will also involve driving process improvements, ensuring SLA adherence, developing and leading the warehouse team with a strong performance culture, and ensuring safety, compliance, and audit readiness.
