Key Account Manager

As a Shift Incharge at Express HR Solutions, located in Khopoli, Raigad, your role will involve managing end-to-end warehouse operations during the shift. You will be responsible for supervising loading, unloading, putaway, picking, and dispatch activities to ensure accuracy, productivity, and timely completion of tasks. Additionally, you will plan manpower allocation, manage shift scheduling, and maintain compliance with workplace safety standards. Sharing daily shift performance reports with management and leading overall warehouse operations and performance will be part of your key responsibilities. You will also oversee inventory control, storage, dispatch, and returns, while building and maintaining client relationships in a Key Account Manager (KAM) role. Driving process improvements, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and developing the warehouse team with a strong performance culture are essential for success in this role. Furthermore, you must ensure safety, compliance, and audit readiness at all times.
