Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager in Performance Marketing at Digital ROI, you will play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for key clients. Your responsibilities will include owning and managing 36 key performance marketing accounts end-to-end, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and translating client goals into actionable strategies. Collaborating closely with internal teams including media buyers, strategists, creatives, and analysts, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and more. Your analytical mindset will be put to good use as you analyze performance data, derive insights, and provide clear recommendations to drive campaign success and client satisfaction. A key aspect of your role will be to proactively identify growth opportunities for clients, upsell relevant services, and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively. Your ability to stay updated on digital trends and platform changes will be essential in ensuring the success of your clients" campaigns. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, along with 3-4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting. Strong client management and communication skills, hands-on understanding of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution tools, as well as a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns and managing multi-channel budgets are key qualifications required for this position.
