We are currently seeking a B2B Account Manager who has a sense of entrepreneurship with a real passion for sports. Profile: An intrapreneur with 1+ year of proven sales experience who is passionate about spreading the benefits of sports, representing Decathlon India. The ideal candidate should have the following abilities: - Project management skills to lead alliances from end to end. - Account and multiple vendor management experience. - Core experience in sales/business development. - Demand generation tactics and lead conversion skills. - Excellent negotiation skills. - High ownership to plan and deliver on business goals. - Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences. - Ability to determine customer needs and provide high standards of customer services. Responsibilities: - Envision the Decathlon India Defence project and expand PAN INDIA. - Create sustainable partnerships with Defence units PAN India for selling products. - Regular study of India geography to identify target Defence units. - Meet Defence Units PAN India with proposals. - Manage business from onboarding, product selection to delivery. - Provide sports advice and customer interaction face to face, phone calls, and emails. - Generate sales with these organizations by implementing commercial actions. - Establish long-term partnerships with Defence units. - Functional coordination with B2B referents for new Defence units catchment-wise.
