Job Summary Acelot Innovation Private Limited (AIPL) is seeking a Key Account Manager - Corporate Sales to lead B2B sales initiatives for Corporate Training and AI-powered Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment, demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset, and aspires to grow into a leadership role with potential ESOP benefits after one year. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development 80% Hunting: Identify and target potential clients, focusing on HR Heads, L&D Heads, CXOs, Business Heads, and SME owners. 20% Farming: Manage existing accounts to foster relationships and drive additional business opportunities. Lead generation, pipeline management, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure. LMS Product Expertise Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing Acelot’s LMS. Highlight the ROI and measurable impacts of corporate training and LMS, positioning them as strategic profit-enhancing tools. Consultative Selling Build and nurture CXO-level relationships to demonstrate value in workforce productivity, skill development, and business outcomes. Develop customized proposals tailored to client-specific needs, focusing on long-term impact and solutions. Target Achievement Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with management to design and implement strategic sales initiatives. Entrepreneurial Drive Operate with a startup mindset, taking full ownership of targets, growth initiatives, and client satisfaction. Aspire for a leadership role with increased responsibilities and rewards. Key Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related fields (AI expertise is a plus). Experience 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in LMS solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in corporate training or e-learning domains. Skills Strong relationship-building abilities at senior management levels (CXOs, HR Heads, etc.). Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexibility for client travel. Team-oriented mindset capable of thriving in a dynamic startup culture. Compensation & Benefits CTC: ₹12 LPA (₹6 LPA fixed + ₹6 LPA variable). High earning potential with uncapped incentives for exceeding sales targets.
