Roles and Responsibilities Sales forecasting monthly & quarterly sales targets achievement. Team management - Team building, development & Monitoring. Develop relationships with major clients, Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs. Pertaining to negotiating price/ finalization of deals Research and identifying new potential market & customer, business development adding new key accounts. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders Liaise with the branding and product development team to ensure brand consistency and new product launches. Follow up with Global Supplier on NPD, Pricing, Quality issues, Product Promotion, trails and business development. Coordination with the R&D Team for fulfilling the customer's requirements Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 8-15 years of work exp. in Industrial Sales or in Food ingredient, nutrition and bakery-Confectionary industry B2B Sales experience is mandatory Understanding of distribution sales, Managing P&L and target oriented approach.
