This position will be responsible for creating awareness about AL Circle amongst the global aluminium industry and onboarding new companies, consultants, and service providers to the AL Circle Biz platform which is the fastest growing B2B Aluminium marketplace globally. Building on organizational strengths the role will be expected to communicate effectively to build trust with the audience and promote the platform and its services for uptake. Regular target setting and a collaborative team will support and encourage to achieve the goals set out. 


Roles and responsibilities:

• Building revenue through advertisement, micro site and Value Added Services (VAS) sales

• Customer Relationship Management

• Source new leads (through cold calling and other methods) and develop profitable business relationships with them

• Selling event sponsorships

• Developing user database

• Creating marketing / promotional strategies (online, including social media)

• Creating marketing / promotional strategies (offline)

• Developing profitable affiliate relationships

• Generating business opportunities through cross-platform promotions

• Need to be proactive and manage his/her own sales pipeline

• Online Ad Space Selling

• Subscription selling

• Digital Sales

• Media Relation

• Good Communication


Experience and qualification:

• MBA Preferred • Graduation - Any Specialization

• 4+ years of Experience in Online Ad Space Selling

• Should be good at building contacts & customer relationship management

• Strong verbal, written and visual communication and presentation skills

• Demonstrated success in achieving & exceeding set targets
