Key Account Manager- B2B

As the Strategic Brand Manager at Smytten, you will play a crucial role in managing a selected portfolio of brands and driving their success on the platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the assigned brands, defining their roadmap on Smytten, and working towards achieving targeted goals. - Identifying and onboarding new beauty and personal care brands to enhance Smytten's offerings. - Leading end-to-end campaign planning, including promotional strategies, launch activations, and brand collaborations. - Collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, analytics, and tech to drive brand success and optimize performance. - Monitoring key metrics (KPIs) for partner brands, analyzing their impact on sales, and deriving actionable insights for improvement. - Representing Smytten at key industry events, activations, and networking sessions to drive brand engagement and partnerships. - Staying ahead of market trends, researching potential brand partners, and exploring new categories for onboarding. Key Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Brand Partnerships, or Category Management within the Beauty & Personal Care industry. - Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with a proven track record of driving brand growth. - Experience in team management and resolving team-related issues. - Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and execute growth strategies effectively. - Experience in managing promotional campaigns and cross-functional collaborations. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Passion for beauty, personal care, and emerging industry trends.
