Preferred candidate profile
* Graduates, preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles. Preferably from Telecom/ISP industry.* Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector.* Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting sales targets.* Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building.* Familiarity with CRM software and adeptness in utilizing data analysis tools.* Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements.* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their businessobjectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.* Perform daily Customer visits & Updation of CVR & Asianet Account Information System.* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.* Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.
