Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing our B2B overseas education partner network. Your main tasks will involve onboarding new partners, developing strong relationships with them, and managing existing partners to increase business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Onboard new B2B partners and cultivate strong relationships with them. - Manage existing B2B partners and uphold strong relationships with them. - Provide regular training and support to partners to ensure they are well-informed about the latest information and products. - Analyze partner performance metrics regularly and take necessary actions to enhance performance. - Spend 60% of your time onboarding new partners, 30% managing existing partners, and 10% on other business objectives as needed. - Maintain a deep understanding of the overseas education market industry trends and competitors to provide feedback and recommendations for business growth. - Report on key performance indicators regularly and offer insights and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree/Masters Degree. - Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in a B2B environment. - Experience in the education industry would be an advantage but not mandatory. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Candidate should have a 2-wheeler and be flexible to do extensive field visits. - Need only immediate to 10 days NP.
