Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Understand client requirements for HVAC and BMS automation solutions and translate them into actionable tasks. Prepare and deliver detailed quotations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings. Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close deals. Track and manage the sales pipeline, updating records and providing regular progress reports. Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams (engineering, sales, and operations). Resolve client issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
