We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Operations to manage a team of Key Account Managers. The role requires driving seller performance on an e-commerce platform through strategic relationship management, sales enablement, and data-driven insights

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) along with Team Leaders handling ecommerce sellers

  • Monitor and drive team performance to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in KAM (E-commerce) /RE (Relationship Executive) processes OR Hard Core BPO Sales experience

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to drive the learning and development of newly hired and existing Key Account Managers (KAMs). This role is pivotal in enhancing KAMs' capabilities to manage seller accounts, drive business growth, and improve seller performance on the ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong BPO sales training experience and the ability to translate business needs into impactful learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs for newly hired and existing Key Account Managers (KAMs).
  • Manage and monitor the performance of New Hire Training (NHT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), and 030 day batches.

Minimum 45 years of hardcore BPO sales experience (voice/tele-sales preferred).
