Key Account Executive

Role Description

Actively manage B2B WhatsApp groups with a response time of under 10-15 minutes

Make 60–70 customer follow-up calls daily to understand requirements and share solutions as per client requirements.

Create and share quotations based on customer needs

Maintain customer interaction records and updates using Excel or Google Sheets

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and resolution of queries

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and grow key client accounts
• Experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Experience in the home interiors industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
