Key Account Executive

As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with SME partners. Your primary focus will be on servicing existing partners by ensuring the satisfaction of both the employer and employees. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and onboarding new SME partners for Salary Business, including Current Account, Savings Account (CASA), and other related services. To excel in this role, you must possess a good understanding of the geographical landscape to target SME partners requiring Salary and Allied disbursal services. Your responsibilities will also include cross-selling various bank products such as Debit Cards, Insurances, and driving the distribution of BFSI, Telecom, and allied services. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of experience in Field Sales, specifically in managing Current Account, Savings Account (CASA), and Salary Account. A graduate qualification is required for this position. The interview process will be conducted online through telephonic interviews. The compensation package offered for this role ranges from 22K CTC to 25K CTC, inclusive of PF and incentives.
