Job Description

Account Management or Support Function:

  • Follow up on ongoing projects and provide regular execution updates.
  • Assist with payment processing and reconciliation tasks.

Administrative support:

  • Manage the National Key Accounts Managers calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for key account meetings and reviews.

Data Management:

  • Organize and maintain key account data, including sales reports( Sell In & Offtakes data), customer profiles, and contracts(TOT renewals)
  • Generate reports on key account performance and market trends.

Sales Support:

  • Track sales data and provide support to the regional sales team.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and key accounts to facilitate communication and coordination.

Relationship Management:

  • Internal liaison between departments such as supply chain, finance, and operations.
  • External coordination with key account buyers, category managers, and distributors.

Data Analysis and Reporting(coverage):

  • Conduct store coverage analysis by geography and assess manpower needs.
  • Merchandising reports analysis and review with respective team.
  • Identify coverage gaps and optimise store concentration based on sales data.
  • Analyse assortment mix and availability, and monitor sales trends by brand and SKU.

Problem Solving and Escalation:

  • Address day-to-day operational issues related to key accounts.
  • Escalate critical issues promptly and prioritise them based on importance.

Industry Trends & Competitor Benchmarking:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to key accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and service offerings to identify competitive advantages and areas for differentiation.

Process setting and improvement:

  • Continuous improvement on management processes and workflows
  • Understand and identify opportunities streamline operations to enhance efficiency.

Gathering Insights & Feedback:

  • Proactively engage with Key Accounts to gather valuable insights into their needs, challenges etc.
  • Conduct regular feedback session with internal and external entities to maximise partnership experience.
