osition Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with our high-value clients. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering tailored solutions that support business growth. You will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, managing both existing relationships and prospecting for new opportunities within those accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure all issues are addressed promptly.
  • Conduct regular meetings to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within key accounts.
  • Drive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Create and present tailored proposals to clients based on their needs and objectives.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager to develop strategic plans for growth and retention.
  • Market Insights & Reporting:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client expectations.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on account health, progress, and opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Assist in contract renewals and negotiations to secure favorable terms for both the client and the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
