○ Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders (CXO/VP/Director-level).
○ Build long-term partnerships and position Techmagnate as a strategic growth partner.
○ Identify opportunities to expand business through cross-selling and upselling of SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Content, Social Media, and Automation services.
○ Own account P&L and revenue targets for top enterprise accounts.
○ Work with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Analytics) to ensure world-class execution.
○ Oversee delivery KPIs, ensuring campaigns drive ROI and align with client objectives.
○ Lead a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of client-first thinking.
○ Provide mentorship and guidance to build client servicing excellence.
○ Analyze industry trends, competitors, and performance data to present actionable insights.
○ Consult clients on digital transformation and performance-driven marketing strategies.
● Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage CXO-level decision-makers.
