Job Title: Full-Time Junior Videographer

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Compensation: Monthly Salaried

Reporting To: Production Manager

We’re looking for a skilled, detail-focused Junior Videographer to join our growing content team. Someone who understands clean aesthetics, modern cinematic language, and knows how to bring stories to life through refined, intentional visuals. If you love creating premium food, beverage, and lifestyle content, this role is for you

Your Role Will Involve:

- Producing elevated visual content across food, beverage, hospitality, lifestyle, and event projects

- Shooting premium long-form and short-form videos for restaurants, cafés, events, and brand campaigns

- Capturing food styling, ambience, chef interactions, textures, and storytelling details with precision

- Creating trend-aware, modern reels optimised for high-engagement platforms

- Directing chefs, staff, or talent to ensure natural, refined performances

- Executing shoots with strong command over lighting, composition, and visual clarity

- Contributing to the pre-production and creative process

- Studying brand briefs and contributing to story direction

- Researching modern aesthetic trends in F&B and lifestyle content

- Working with the creative team on look development, references, and visual language

- Assisting in crafting mood boards, shot lists, and production outlines

- Collaborating with producers and designers to shape cohesive, brand-forward visuals

- Managing equipment and - technical workflow

- Bringing your own camera gear (preferably Sony mirrorless series)

- Setting up and maintaining equipment professionally

Light setup is a bonus, not a requirement

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has proven experience in videography with a strong portfolio (F&B/hospitality/lifestyle experience is a big advantage)

- Understands modern lighting, colour, and cinematic composition

- Can independently manage shoots, timelines, and production needs

- Has an eye for detail, elegance, and clean visual storytelling

- Communicates clearly and collaborates well with creative teams

- Has a passion for food culture, design, and visual narratives

Bonus Points If You:

- Enjoy experimenting with new content formats

- Have photography skills

- Have experience with event coverage

- Can contribute to visual strategy and brand look & feel
