Junior Tender Executive

At SLS we are Hiring for the Junior Tender Executive who will support the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders and bids for contracts. This role involves coordinating documentation, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and liaising with internal teams and clients to deliver accurate, timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and tracking relevant tenders and bid opportunities (public and private sectors).
• Collect and compile necessary documentation, certifications, and commercial information for tender submissions.
• Ensure all tender documents comply with company policies and client requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical, finance, legal) to gather input for tender responses.
• Prepare preliminary drafts of proposals and ensure quality and accuracy of content.
• Maintain a database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and key learning points.
• Follow up on submitted bids and support post-tender negotiations or clarifications.
• Stay updated on changes in tendering procedures and procurement regulations.
• Experience and Knowledge in GeM, E-procurement, and various private and government websites
• Stay updated with latest GeM policies, tender regulations, and procurement trends.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field, BE Electronics and Communication and BE Electrical.
• 0–1 years of experience in tendering, proposal writing
• Location: Anand, Gujarat
• Onsite, Fulltime opportunity
• Familiarity with government and private tender portals is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
