What You’ll Do:

- Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents and proposals.

- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information.

- Ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.

- Maintain tender tracking systems and documentation.

- Support the team in daily activities.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.

-Experience Required: 2 to3 Years

-Location: Anand,Gujarat

-Prepare, review, and submit tender documents and proposals.

-Collaborate with internal teams to collect technical and commercial data.

-Monitor and track tender submissions, deadlines, and follow-ups.

-Assist in maintaining and updating the tender database and documentation.

-Support the tender team with research and bid strategy.

-Ensure compliance with company policies and client standards.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

- Basic understanding of tendering processes is a plus.

- Proficient in GEM and E-Procurement Portal.
