Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are met.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
