About the Role

Junior Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish content (images, reels, videos, stories, carousels).
Track industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content relevant.
Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to execute campaigns.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and queries.
Support influencer outreach and community-building activities.

Requirements

Minimum
6 months of experience
in social media management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools (preferred).
Good copywriting and communication skills in English.
Awareness of current trends, memes, and pop culture.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with basic ad campaigns on Meta or LinkedIn.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Knowledge of basic video editing tools
