Job Description

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented Junior and Senior Recruiters (Technical) with proven experience in hiring for engineering and manufacturing roles
The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment for plant, factory, and industrial positions, including overseas hiring for African countries
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates based on technical skills, experience, and relocation readiness
Daily tasks include managing recruitment trackers, coordinating interviews, sharing progress updates, and ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation
The candidate should have hands-on experience using job portals and LinkedIn for technical hiring, along with a strong understanding of industrial job roles such as production, maintenance, design, and quality
The ideal candidate must be proactive, disciplined in follow-ups, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills
