Junior Sales Executive

As a Junior Sales Executive at our IT industry firm located in Nipaniya, Indore, you will be an integral part of our sales team, supporting senior staff, generating leads, and contributing to revenue growth. Your role is crucial in maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up. - Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. - Support senior sales executives in client meetings, product presentations, and proposal preparation. - Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team success. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 02 years of sales or customer service experience (freshers are welcome to apply). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. - Willingness to travel as needed.
