Junior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every visitor with sincerity, warmth, and presence, ensuring they feel seen and valued
• Shadow and assist senior executives during customer consultations and styling sessions
• Present collections clearly, articulating design stories, material quality, and styling suggestions
• Support daily store operations including inventory checks, packaging, billing coordination, and customer follow-ups
• Maintain store aesthetics and hygiene to ensure a calm, elegant retail environment
• Assist with custom orders, sizing requests, and post-sale customer care
• Follow store protocols, processes, and documentation practices accurately
• Attend structured training sessions focused on jewellery, styling, and communication

Requirements

• 0 -1 year of professional experience (internships, campus roles, or volunteering are a plus)
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable connecting with customers
• Strong communication skills; fluency in

  English.

  (Hindi is a plus)
• Willingness to learn about diamonds, gold standards, jewellery types, and styling principles
• Availability to work on weekends and festive days (with weekly offs provided)
• Interest in building a long-term career in

  luxury retail or client service

• Well-groomed, composed, and able to maintain a professional attitude and appearance
