Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Remote Pilot based in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. The Junior Remote Pilot will perform drone operations, ensure proper equipment calibration and maintenance, and collect accurate data efficiently. Responsibilities also include conducting pre-flight checks, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing aerial data, and creating operational reports. Coordination with the team and clients to fulfill project requirements is also a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating drones and conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• Familiarity with drone regulations, airspace restrictions, and safety protocols
• Ability to analyze aerial data and generate reports in a concise manner
• Strong technical skills in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients
• Basic knowledge of renewable energy sectors such as solar and wind energy is an advantage
• Experience with AI-based video analytics is a plus
• Valid UAV/drone pilot certification and relevant licenses are required
