Role Overview

This role requires a proactive and target-driven Junior Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities, primarily focused on bulk recruitment. The recruiter will work closely with hiring stakeholders, source suitable candidates, and ensure timely closures for assigned positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals, databases, networking, and cold calling strategies.
• Manage bulk hiring pipelines for roles across various business domains.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Track, manage, and drive candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.
• Ensure monthly hiring targets (5–10 confirmed joiners per month) are achieved.
• Monitor post-joining retention and ensure successful 90-day conversion rates.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate environments.
• Mandatory experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment.
• Prior experience hiring for Sales, EdTech, or FinTech roles is preferred.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines.
