The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates in alignment with the organization’s staffing requirements. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Administrative & Office ManagementManage daily office operations, including reception duties, correspondence, and documentation. Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory; track usage and place orders as required. Oversee office cleanliness, repairs, and facility maintenance by coordinating with vendors. Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital). Handle courier, logistics, and dispatch activities. B. Staff & Visitor SupportWelcome visitors, handle inquiries, and maintain visitor logs. Assist employees with administrative requests (letters, documents, ID cards, IT support coordination). Support HR in employee onboarding (desk setup, joining kit, documents collection). C. Documentation & ReportingPrepare letters, emails, memos, and administrative reports. Maintain attendance records, leave updates, and other employee-related data (as assigned). Assist in maintaining compliance records, licenses, and renewal schedules. D. Vendor & Purchase CoordinationLiaise with external vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, repair & maintenance services. Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons, and support procurement processes. Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues when necessary. E. Meetings & Events CoordinationSchedule meetings, prepare agendas, arrange logistics, and circulate minutes. Organize office events, celebrations, training sessions, and travel arrangements as required.
