Junior Recruiter


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support in drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.
  • Engage with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment / HR internship experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of ATS is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
