Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
  • Assist in the creation and posting of job descriptions on job boards and the company website.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs to attract prospective candidates.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
