Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Communicate professionally with candidates and ensure a positive experience
Learn and apply recruitment best practices and HR policies
