Junior Recruiter

As a Junior Recruiter at Fusion Tech Solutions, your role will involve sourcing candidates from various platforms, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and professional networks. - Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job descriptions. - Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate interest and fit. - Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Support senior recruiters with mass hiring drives, reporting, and documentation. - Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (freshers with a strong interest are welcome). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
