About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RECRUITER ENTRY LEVEL to join our HR/Recruitment team. In this role, you will assist in the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in talent acquisition and human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and shortlist candidates for further interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing job fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events.
  • Perform other recruitment-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not always required).
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (internship experience accepted).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Proactive and eager to learn recruitment best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
