Junior Project Manager
in
India
.In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects across global teams. You will help gather and validate client requirements, coordinate project activities, and ensure successful delivery in terms of quality, cost, and schedule. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, assist in budget management, and contribute to continuous process improvement. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow within project management, gain exposure to global workflows, and actively participate in optimizing project delivery and client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in reporting project progress, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Accountabilities
- Assist project teams with planning, scoping, requirements gathering, and validation with clients
- Manage localization project activities for assigned accounts, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver client projects successfully
- Create schedules and monitor timely delivery, resolving issues with corrective and preventive actions
- Support budget management and control project costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the project team and with clients
- Identify opportunities to optimize delivery, quality, and profitability
- Report on project scope, financials, progress, and status to stakeholders, both formally and ad hoc
- Maintain accurate finance systems and document project processes and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in project management or localization industry preferred
- Strong interest in localization technology, emerging trends, and competitive landscape
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and energy to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment
- Flexibility to work European or US time zones as required
- Ability to monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue throughput
