Junior Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Junior Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to handle a team with varied technical expertise, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure that the execution aligns with the project plan. You will play a crucial role in monitoring the team's work, providing guidance and support, and acting as a spokesperson for the client during the development process. Additionally, you must have a solid understanding of technical concepts and components to effectively manage project scope and metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the project scope and create a feasible work plan based on inputs. - Continuously monitor team and individual progress to ensure alignment with project goals. - Provide guidance and support to team members by addressing their pain points and facilitating their growth. - Act as a liaison between the development team and clients, making informed decisions to manage scope changes effectively. - Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and be adept at asking the right questions to obtain necessary information. - Communicate project progress, team updates, scope management issues, and defect management solutions to management and stakeholders. - Efficiently track time, task performance, and individual progress, while effectively resolving team conflicts and addressing individual concerns. Qualifications Required: - Strong business communication skills and an effective administrative approach. - Familiarity with software and mobile application development lifecycles. - Ability to listen actively and make timely decisions. - Advocate for client expectations and provide logical justifications for project decisions. - Certification as a Scrum Master or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an added advantage.,
