Description
As a Junior Product Manager-Senior at EY, you will play a crucial role in assisting with identifying, managing, and executing product strategies for clients. Your responsibilities will encompass various product aspects such as strategy formulation, user experience design, development, and deployment. You will need to continuously assess and validate the product vision to proactively address evolving business and user requirements. Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products. Key Responsibilities: - Confidently communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels. - Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product, and contribute to establishing priorities and leading the roadmap based on defined criteria and requirements. - Plan and track projects from design to execution, including estimating new projects and other support activities. - Prepare budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements. - Monitor actuals vs. planned budget, manage project financials, and conduct forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis. - Maintain and update Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide regular project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress. - Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical paths. - Ensure technical feasibility of solutions by closely collaborating with architects, developers, and QA teams. - Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular demos in Agile/Scrum environments. - Implement industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution. - Manage allocated project resources and tasks to ensure high-quality project delivery. - Create internal and external buy-in for the product vision. - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources. - Cultivate and strengthen client relationships. Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience in product management or business analysis. - Understanding of consumer behaviors and technology trends. - Good knowledge of Agile frameworks and excellent understanding of Scrum techniques. - Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. - Proficient in working effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to be hands-on. - Demonstrated ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to clients. - Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. - Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
