Junior Producer

Job Title: Junior Producer (Contractual Role)

Duration: 2 Months (January – February 2026)

Location: On-site, Shivalik, South Delhi

We are looking for an energetic and organized Junior Producer to join our production team on a short-term contract for a nationwide quiz show. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills to ensure the smooth execution of remote shoots taking place across India.

• Coordinate between contestants located across India and our network of remote producers.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and daily communication between production units to maintain shoot quality and consistency.
• Ensure all contestants are properly briefed and prepared for their participation.
• Track production timelines and deliverables to meet network and internal deadlines.
• Assist the senior production team in planning, documentation, and troubleshooting during the shoot period.
• Review footage and compile production reports as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in media, communication, film, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in production, coordination, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working on tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders remotely.
• Proficiency with basic production tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms (Google Sheets, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.).
