Handle administrative tasks to support the production team. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in a production, agency, or media environment (internships and freelance work count). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of production processes and basic budgeting principles. Familiarity with production tools and software (e.g., Google Suite, production management software, basic editing tools) is a plus.
