Junior Producer

Job Description

Role Overview: As a Junior Producer, you'll play a key role in supporting the production of creative assets especially short-form video content like Instagram Reels and YouTube. Youll work closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams to manage timelines, coordinate shoots, and ensure that every project runs smoothly from pre to post. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of shoots—especially social media reels and short-form video content. Collaborate with creatives to brainstorm concepts and contribute ideas for engaging video formats. Handle logistics like scheduling, crew coordination, location scouting, and equipment booking. Ensure deadlines are met and projects stay within scope and budget. Support post-production tasks, such as reviewing edits, collecting feedback, and organizing deliverables. Manage asset organization, file backups, and shoot documentation. Stay up to date on social media trends and content formats to help the team stay relevant and fresh. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in content production(digital agency or in-house creative team preferred). A strong interest in social media video formats and digital storytelling. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with production workflows and tools (e.g., Google Suite, or other project management platforms).
