Order management:
Coordinate and oversee daily order processing from website and marketplace platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders
Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring smooth resolution
Inventory & logistics:
Maintain updated inventory records and perform regular stock audits
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for stock movement and delivery timelines
Forecast demand and reorder inventory as needed in collaboration with the sourcing team
Vendor & production coordination:
Liaise with manufacturing partners and suppliers for timely production and quality checks
Track production timelines and ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available
Maintain documentation and records of purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices
Operational efficiency & reporting:
Identify gaps in operational flow and suggest improvements
Maintain and update SOPs for operations-related tasks
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on orders, inventory, logistics issues, etc.
Customer experience support:
Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve escalated operational issues
Monitor and ensure packaging quality, accuracy of products, and on-time delivery
