Are you passionate about Microsoft 365 and empowering users to get the most out of cloud technology? We are looking for a Jr. Microsoft 365 Adoption Engineer to drive adoption, optimize usage, and enable secure collaboration across Microsoft 365 platforms.
✅ Lead Microsoft 365 adoption initiatives and guide users through deployment, onboarding, and feature utilization
✅ Administer Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint in cloud and hybrid environments
✅ Conduct end-user training, workshops, and awareness campaigns
✅ Manage user lifecycle operations using M365 Admin Center and PowerShell
✅ Implement and maintain security & compliance policies (Microsoft Purview, Defender, Conditional Access)
✅ Develop automation scripts to streamline administrative and reporting tasks
✅ Analyze adoption metrics, identify gaps, and propose improvement plans
✅ Support L2/L3 incident resolution for Microsoft 365 services
✅ Maintain process documentation, FAQs, and user guides
