Junior Manager - Partnerships & Community Operations

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated professional to lead partnership development, sponsorship outreach, and community operations across Kerala. The Junior Manager will drive field engagement, initiate collaborations, and ensure smooth execution of events and programs, working closely with the Regional head for closures and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify, approach, and engage potential sponsors, partners, and collaborators for Khyaal’s programs and initiatives.

● Build and nurture partnerships with Rotary Clubs, senior living homes, cultural organizations, wellness centers, and local businesses.

● Support and coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, medical camps, workshops, and auditions.

● Drive offline community outreach and engagement campaigns to strengthen Khyaal’s presence in Kerala. ● Prepare structured reports on outreach, leads, and event outcomes for leadership review.

● Travel across Kerala extensively and be available on weekends when required for events and partnership activities.

Requirements:

● Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in concept sales, partnerships, or community outreach.

● Proven experience in building partnerships, collaborations, or offline community initiatives.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Proficiency in Malayalam and English (mandatory).

● Willingness to work five days on-field and on weekends as required.

● Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing outreach independently.
