Junior Manager - Partnerships & Community Operations

As a motivated professional, you will be responsible for leading partnership development, sponsorship outreach, and community operations across Kerala. In this role as a Junior Manager, you will drive field engagement, initiate collaborations, and ensure the smooth execution of events and programs. Your close collaboration with the Regional head will be essential for closures and strategy formulation. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, approaching, and engaging potential sponsors, partners, and collaborators for Khyaals programs and initiatives. You will be expected to build and nurture partnerships with various entities such as Rotary Clubs, senior living homes, cultural organizations, wellness centers, and local businesses. Additionally, you will support and coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, medical camps, workshops, and auditions. Your role will also involve driving offline community outreach and engagement campaigns to strengthen Khyaals presence in Kerala. It will be crucial for you to prepare structured reports on outreach, leads, and event outcomes for leadership review. This position requires extensive travel across Kerala and availability on weekends for events and partnership activities. To qualify for this role, you should be a graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in concept sales, partnerships, or community outreach. Proven experience in building partnerships, collaborations, or offline community initiatives is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also necessary. Proficiency in both Malayalam and English is mandatory, along with a willingness to work in the field for five days a week and on weekends as required.
